Atlas
Atlas serves as an internal provider to Hydra. It is a service where we ourselves and external partners register their computing devices which can then be leased by Hydra. It is treated similary to other external providers, with the difference that we treat computing instances served by Atlas as artificially cheap so that we always prefer them.
